First 90 days

  1. Days 1–30: Discovery, baseline, stakeholder map, RAID, target architecture.
  2. Days 31–60: Squad mobilisation, vendor confirm, MVP scope, consent rebuild.
  3. Days 61–90: My Rewards controlled pilot live (~15k), CRM cutover plan, KPI dashboard live, executive go/no-go for full launch.

Success measured on activation, redemption and incremental revenue per member.

Governance & GDPR

Executive Steering monthly · Programme Board fortnightly · Squad standups weekly. Decision rights via RACI; five-level escalation with SLAs. GDPR by design: consent flows, DPIA on every workstream, retention schedule, RACI ownership.
